Tennessee Faces

So I took a few days to travel up to Knoxville, Tenn. to visit my family. While there I got this urge to take some portraits...

Rocky Top, you'll always be...

I left Savannah, Ga. with my mother and step-father and headed to Charleston, S.C. so that they could get their necks adjusted. From there we drove to Black Mountain, N.C. outside of Asheville to drop my step-dad off at his friends - we then made our journey ovet the mountains into Volunteer country...

Knoxville is a sweet place. I lived there for about 5 years and I have many youthful memories that have been painted and buffed to a smooth finish by the years I have spent cherishing them.

The family time was awesome and a long time coming...my brother, sister and I haven't been together in Tennessee since around 2002.
